This is a great fitness tracker by a great company. As mentioned in the video we actually lost our instruction manual. Customer service was available at 10 at night, and was able to send the exact pdf we needed to locate the app on the App Store. Android and IOS compatible, blood pressure, heart rate, spo2, calories burned, step counter, shake to take pictures, phone notifications and more. Definitely good to have and seems very accurate.
