This email was sent to an account that has not reviewed any items on amazon in over a year and has been used for nothing but a few bought movies and a couple of orders here and there. I would really love an answer as to what thousands and thousands of people did to violate Amazons website.
I'm now day 6 in. With my account and my husband's account both being closed. His account which is used more frequently also has 4 Amazon Echo Dots, and a Firestick connected to the account.
So for ordering items, or sharing items or even reviewing items (which amazon itself sends out e-mails asking you to do) is a violation somehow. If this is so why does the site have options for feedback, sharing buttons to share your item finds, its own review incentive program, associates they pay for clicks etc. Is it baiting people to steal from them?
Thats $100 membership fees, $200 in Echo Dots, $50 in Firestick's, and god knows what else in movies music and TV subscriptions they now can say they can confiscate for breaking terms. It sounds like theft to me. Lets not forget people with digital credits, gift card balances etc just gone.
And still not a single uttered word from the corporate giant.
WE WANT ANSWERS AMAZON! You have our credit cards, our banking info, and some of these people rely on you for grocery services.... So much for caring for your customers!
